Tin Cash Box CB5 Original, quality, late 19th century, small tin cash box in the form of a miniature tin travelling trunk. The original scrumbled bright orange / tan coloured paintwork has been retained to the outside, although a faded on the top. The interior is in Japanned black and originally had a lift out tray fitted. The brass mortice lock is stamped "Patent Lever" inside and out and "London", a replacement key has been cut to suit. The cast brass carry handle to the top is rather decorative, but also does the job well. A most unusual cash box, complete and in good and working order, with just the lift out tray missing. The brass has been polished and lacquered.

S. Withers Fireproof Safe S190 Original, quality late 19th century fireproof safe, sandblasted and stove enamelled black to the exterior and cold painted to the interior. This example has all the original brass fittings to the door, the brass plaque details "S. Withers, Registered Trade Mark without which none are genuine", and the keyhole cover "S. Withers Invisible Lock". The interior has retained the original paint and transfer to the inside for the door. The lock mechanism to the door and the drawers have been made to suit. Milners Fireproof Safe S178 Original, quality late 19th century fireproof safe, sandblasted stove enamelled black to the exterior and cold painted grey to the inside. This superb example has all the original brass fittings to the door and the original paintwork to the inner door panel with a superb original promotional illustration of the range of safes manufactured at the time. The brass plates to the front of the door all detail the manufacturer "Milners' of Liverpool & London" and the large circular plate has the Royal Coat of Arms. The lock mechanism to the door has been fully overhauled and has two replacement keys made to suit.
