Pair of original, quality late 19th century cast brass sash window lifts impressed to the reverse with the sun logo and "WT&S" for the manufacturer 'William Tonks & Son of Birmingham and with the registration lozenge mark for the years 1842 to 1883. This super example has two countersunk screw holes for mounting, a shell like embossed design to the lifting hook and acanthus leaf forms to the backplate. All has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and is complete and in good and working order.

Butlers Crown Brewery Stained Glass Panel W477
Original, quality late 19th century / 1900, leaded coloured glass / window panel advertising "Butlers, Crown Brewery Ltd". This unbelievable glazed panel has been reframed for safekeeping. Each variation in colour or white is a separate piece of glass leaded in with the colours depicting flowers and leaves surrounding the central panel of acid etched ruby red and Royal blue glass detailing "Butlers Crown Brewery Limited" in Royal Blue and "trademark" a large crown and "Estd 1781". Some minor cracks to the smaller sections of coloured glass but no glass pieces missing and all in good order otherwise.

Frame exterior 34.5" x 27" x 1.25".

This window was from an estate cottage on the "Sutton Estate" in Berkshire, originally part of the "Sutton Seeds" Empire. This example has an inner larger shaped hinged window section within and all is complete and in good and working order but needs reglazing of course. Great as a window or glazed for a mirror. Another matching window of the same size may well be available, but without the facility inner opening faceality ref code: W450.
