	Brass Rim Latch DL128 Original, quality circa 1900, surface mounted brass rim latch. Will take a standard modern square bar for the handles. A replacement keep has been made to suit. This latch has the provision for a handle turn and a security slide on the inside of the room, which overrides the handles and can be used on both left and right handed doors, but is not suitable for oval shaped door knobs. This clean example has a flange to the outer edges, the latch has four screw holes for mounting, and the keep has four. All has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and complete and in good and working order. Latch 4 5/8" x 3.75" x 0.75" front to back. 	Brass Servants Intercom Bell IB352 Original, quality late 19th century brass intercom bell with brass nuts, steel springs and a central brass boss. Can be pulled from either left or right. For use with a tight wire, non-electrical bell system. Other parts required to operate this system are usually available in stock. Other similar bells may be available on request. Often now referred to as 'Downton Abbey' bells. The ironwork has been repainted, and the brass polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. 	Cast Iron Rim Lock RL991 Original, quality 1920's surface mounted cast iron door lock. Will take a standard modern square bar for the handles. A replacement keep has been made to suit with a replacement key cut to fit. This lock has the provision for a handle turn and a key lock. This example has the original circular brass makers' plate detailing "Colledge & Co Wolverhampton" and has a mounting flange all round with five screw holes to the lock and three to the keep. 	Queen Victoria Jubilee Plate CC285 Original, quality octagonal shaped ceramic plate issued to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victoria's 50 Years Reign on the Throne of England as Queen. The detail is in black type on white ceramic with a gilt line to the edges and a bust of Queen Victoria and text "Victoria Queen of Great Britain & Ireland, Empress of India, Born May 24th 1819, Ascended the Throne June 20th 1837". All surrounded by a Thistle for Scotland, a rose for England and a shamrock for Ireland. The reverse of this plate is detailed with the registration number for the year 1886 and all is complete and in good order. 9.5" tall. 9.5" wide. 0.75" front to back. 	Mahogany Over Mantel M225 Original, quality late 19th century mahogany overmantel in the Arts & Crafts Manner. This very clean example has a shaped bevelled mirror glass in the mahogany frame with a shelf on brackets to the top and shaped feet to the base. Each side of the mirror glass and beneath has a carved Arts & Crafts motif, and all is complete and in good order. Feet 45" wide. Mirror glass 17.5" tall x 29.5" wide. Total 30" tall. 	Brass Leather Clip LC64 Original, quality 19th century brass letter clip in the original unpolished finish. This example has a ring to the top for hanging, a backplate decorated with acanthus leaves, a steel spring and a front clip section embossed with the Royal Coat of Arms and the makers' details "Merry Phipson & Parker" and "Regd Oct 3 1843" and "No24".
