These most unusual handles have a decorative sheet brass backplate with a copper embellishment, a tapered brass drop handle and each backplate has four screw holes for mounting. The copper mount appears to push out to convert these handles for filing or labelling contents. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. 	Brass Exterior Electric Bell Push EP556 Original, quality 1920's vertical rectangular shaped brass exterior electric bell push with carted corners and a central white ceramic button detailed "Press" in black upper text. 	Norris 1.25" Steel Shoulder Plane P51 Original, quality unused late 19th century steel shoulder plane with the original 1.25" cutting iron, ebony infill and wedge, steel knocking button to the rear and stamped "Norris London" for the maker and "C.E.H" for the original owner. Above all this plane has never been put to work and two it has the original machine engraved turned decoration to the sides of the steel body, albeit one side has rust damage to the surface, otherwise all is complete and in good and working order. 	Brass Crimping Machine L278 Original, quality late 19th century cast iron crimping machine with ribbed brass rollers, a turned fruitwood winding handle, two original heating rods and all mounted on an old wooden block. These were used for crimping the housemaid's collars and cuffs and similar. This example works very well. 	Copper Brasing Pan CP138 Original, quality mid to late 19th century rectangular shaped heavy copper brasing pan with cast brass handles to each end. One side is detailed for the manufacturer "La Fontaine Bros 8 & 11 Brewer Street W London". All has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. 	Civil Service Motoring Association Award P40 Original, quality small pewter tankard with a side handle, presented to R.A. 	Pair of Wrought Iron Door Hinges DH61 Original, quality pair of 18th century / early 19th century blacksmith made 12" wrought iron hinges with tapered straps and 'T' shaped joints. Each strap has six countersunk screw holes for mounting and the 'T' plates have four & five each. One strap is stamped with the blacksmith's initials "I.F". 	Kings Screw Corkpuller CS238 Original, quality early to mid 19th century brass "Kings Screw" continuous action cork puller. The cylindrical brass body houses the threaded steel double action mechanism with a side mounted steel 'T' bar grip, the helix is of the wire shape and the turned bone handle to the top is the original, although it does have some minor old splits and the brush is missing otherwise all is complete and in good and working order. 	Brass Pew Rail for Umbrella PR49 Original, quality late 19th century brass rail with decorative backplates and a tubular brass rail, each backplate has two screw holes for mounting. These were originally fitted to the end of church pews to take canes and umbrellas of churchgoers before they slid along the pew, but would now be ideal for guest room towel rails. If mounted one way up the rail will sit against the wall if the other the rail will stand away from the wall. 	Doulton Whisky Flask WD7 Original, quality late 19th century square whisky decanter in two colour glazed stoneware manufactured by Royal Doulton. This super example is damaged with a hairline knock to one corner and the handle to the top has been off and glued back on. The applied decoration to the body depicts a horse and hounds chasing a stag and the shoulders have leaves and flowers. The underside is impressed "Made For G. W. Scott & Sons Only" and "9544" and for the manufacturer "Doulton Lambeth England". The handle has an applied decoration "W" for whisky. 	3 Piece Set of Bayonet Fire Irons F295 Original, quality three piece set of steel fire irons fashioned from late 19th century French bayonets. Each piece is an original bayonet with etched details of a location in France and a date, each engraving has different details and dates 1877, 2 x 1879 and 1880. Each bayonet is complete with just the alteration to fire irons. I understand a huge load of this model bayonets were discovered in a Military Storage Depot in France in the early 20th century. 	1887 Queen Victoria's Jubilee Plate CC275 Original, quality octagonal shaped white ceramic plate issued to celebrate the Golden Jubilee of Queen Victorias' 50 Years Reign on the Throne of England as Queen. The best we have seen. This fantastic well detailed plate has it all and says it all in good clear and sharp detail mainly in black and all about "The British Empire". 	Near Pair of Millers Oil Motor Vehicle Lights M144 Original, quality near pair of 1920's motor vehicle oil side lamps manufactured by "Miller of Birmingham" and marked as such to the fronts with a brass label and to the brass grips on the wick controls. These lamps are identical apart from a few small differences. The wick controls and the butterfly side locking bolts. The brass bezel to one lens has some metal fatigue but otherwise all is complete and in good order with no rust or cracks to the lens. These weights were only in use for a very short period and were made illegal in 1903 or thereabouts. This example is transfer printed "1/2lb" to the top "W&T Avery Birmingham" around the base and has retained the lead infill to the underside for counterbalancing to the true weight. 	Pair of Avery Ceramic 4lb & 2lb Weights W378 Original, quality pair of late 19th century W&T Avery ceramic grocers' / butchers' counter weights. These weights were only in use for a very short period and were made illegal in 1903 or thereabouts. These examples are transfer decorated in green with "Imperial" and "4lb" or "2lb" to the top and "W&T Avery Ltd Birmingham" in ribbon swags to the front. These are as near mint condition as you could hope for with just one miniscule blemish to the top of the "4lb" very near to "Imperial". The lead infills used to counterbalance to the true weights are present and more than that, they are both stamped in the lead with an identical customs and excise mark, 'VR' for the Reign of Queen Victoria over "572" and beneath the Crown for Queen Victoria. A wonderful pair of weights the best I have seen and complete. 	Jewellers Brass Blowlamp BL11 Original, quality late 19th century all brass Jewellers Blowlamp stamped to the body for the maker "Moore & Wright Sheffield England". This example would have a fitted rubber tube attached to the brass tube and the body filled with methylated spirits, the top was removed and the fumes lit. Air blown through the rubber tube by mouth puts a jet of flame out of the blowlamp across the flame giving out a very fine jet of flame. All has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and is complete and in good order and appears unused. Body 1.5" diam. Total 9.25" tall.
