The main brass barrel will unscrew to gain access for filling and the tap controls the flow of fuel to the wick inside the decorative copper attachment. The brass comb is impressed for the maker "T.E. Bladon & Son Ltd B'Ham". Absolutely in mint condition with the original leather washers and wick. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and complete and in good and working order.
