Original, quality folding pocket knife with nickel side covers and two steel blades. This most unusual example is detailed to each cover with the rates for the year "1906 to 1915" for "Letter post", "Parcel Post", "Book Post", "Foreign Post", "Postal Orders", "Money Orders" and "Telegrams". Remember, these blades are steel, not stainless steel, and will keep a very sharp edge, but they dislike water or moisture; just wipe and dry them thoroughly. Both are detailed for the maker "John Watts - Sheffield and the large blade has further detail of postal charges "British Colonies 1d per ½ oz excepting Australia". All is complete and in good and working order. The first of these we have seen.Closed 3.25" x 0.25". Both blades open 7".
