Trench Art Shell Case SC305

Original, quality First World War brass shell case cut and shaped to form a miniature coal helmet and possibly for use as a sugar bowl, for the front legs are formed from bullets and the copper handle from a drive belt. The underside of the shell case is impressed with a variety of numbers including "437" and "15" and all has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and is complete and in good order.
