Original, quality pair of 18th or early 19th century spherical shaped brass door knobs with the original wrought iron bar and replacement brass backplates made to suit. These were originally fitted by the blacksmith for each lock and door as required we now need to alter each bar to suit your door and lock. So when ordering these handles we require the measurement of the thickness of your door and if a rim lock is fitted, the thickness of your lock as well. When you receive the handles after our adjustment it will fit your door and lock precisely for no extra cost. Other pairs very similar should be available on request. All is complete and in good and working order.
