Original, quality, mid to late 19th century, superb three piece glove or wig? powderer turned in rosewood or a similar exotic hardwood. The base will unscrew to assist filling, as will the top finial, which has seven holes for dusting. The underside is impressed "VR" beneath a crown for the reign of Queen Victoria. No chips or splits and with perfect threads. Complete and in good and working order.
