Large Glazed Stoneware Jug J114

Original, quality, late 19th century, two tone, glazed stoneware jug of the bellied form with a good sized pouring lip and strap handle to the rear. The upper half is a pale coffee colour and the lower buff coloured. One chip to the rim, a short hairline crack to the lip and some minor firing blemishes to the surface otherwise in superb condition and very usable. Unusual not to find a maker's stamp.
