Huntley & Palmers Biscuit Tin T231

Original, quality tin / biscuit tin in the form of a wooden casket with a hinged lid manufactured for Huntley & Palmers in 1927 and entitled "Sandlewood Casket". This example is in the original colours and finish and has no damage, but it does have the signs of old glue where a previous owner had lined the inside and the underside in velvet ( now removed ). Otherwise, all is complete and in good order.
