Hawkins and Co Coffee Grinder CG60

Original, quality late 19th century cast iron coffee grinder with a brass maker's plate to the front detailing "Hawkins & Co Warranted", a brass knob to the pull out front drawer, a brass hopper and a cranked handle. The side lugs enable the grinder to be mounted to the shelf or table and the grind can be adjusted with a screwdriver from the underside with the drawer out. A good repair to the drawer front, the brass has polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and the ironwork repainted black. All is complete and in good and working order. The first we have seen of this make of coffee grinders.
