Glass Apothecary Jar BJ83

Original, quality, mid 19th century, clear glass, cylindrical apothecary jar with the original lid and paper label. The label is affixed to the inside and details 'Flores Amom: Persic:'. The tin lid has much of the original black and gilt paintwork and the underside of the glass has a good, sharp pontil. All is complete and in good order; an unusual jar.
