Durham Stoneware Bottle BJ228

Original, quality late 19th century two tone glazed stoneware bottle in the "Champagne" shape. The upper half in a coffee colour is impressed for the maker of the original contents "James B. Flawith Durham" and the bottom edge of the pale colour section is impressed for the manufacturer of the bottle "Port Dundas Pottery Glasgow". Several minor under glaze blemishes to the bottom edges, otherwise complete and in good order.
