Copper Bain Marie Pan CP139

Original, quality late 19th century all copper rectangular "Bain Marie" base pan. This super example has rounded corners, a rolled over top rim, hinged side ring handles and a good tinned interior. Ideal for a braising pan or with copper saucepans stood in as a Bain Marie. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and complete and in good and working order.
