Ceramic Whisky Jug J194

Original, quality late 19th century ceramic whisky jug, simulating a stoneware flagon within a wicker basket with handle to the rear. The shoulder is printed "Whisky" and the top has a nickel plated collar with a pouring spout and a hinged and shaped cover both with some wear and pitting. The underside has a blue printed maker's details and the registration number for the year 1899. All is complete and in good and working order otherwise.
