Original, quality 1920's surface mounted brass door bolt with a steel slide bar, a sheet brass backplate and cover. The keep is a replacement made to suit. The backplate is impressed with the maker "W. Tonks & Son" and "Patent" and has six countersunk screw holes for mounting, and the keep has two. All has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and all is complete and in good and working order.
Bolt backplate 12" x 1.25". Keep 7/8" x 1.25".
