Wrought Iron & Brass Skimmer SK24

Original, quality late 19th century circular brass skimmer with the original blacksmith made wrought iron shaft with a super curled over hanging hook to the top and copper rivets to the perforated pan. Used to skim the fat off the surface when cooking meats. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and complete and in good order.
