Original, quality, late 19th century, superb steel tailors shears with some of the original black paintwork to the handles and with brass locking nuts. One nut is impressed "R Heinisch Inventor Newark N. J. USA" and all is complete and in good and working order, a super pair of shears, very comfortable to hold and work with.
