Original, quality late 19th century cook's steel palette knife with an ebony handle. The blade is etched for the manufacturer "S. Ferrari & Sons 10a Archer St. W.I" (London). Remember, these knives are steel, not stainless steel, and will keep a very sharp edge, but they do not like water or moisture; just wipe and dry them thoroughly. Some pitting but otherwise complete and in good and working order.
