Steel Jack Plane with Mahogany Infill P50

Original, quality late 19th century 12.5" steel jackplane with mahogany saw grip handle, push knob to the front and other infill, the original Marples blades and an unmarked brass lever cap. The steel body has two sides and base all screwed together with countersunk and slotted steel screws. The steel plates are pitted, otherwise all is complete and in good and working order.
