Set of 8 Cow Horn Drawer Knobs CK552

Original, quality, set of eight matching late 18th or early 19th century cow horn chest of drawers knobs with the original brass threaded bars with hand-cut nuts, decorative Mother of Pearl inlays to the face of the knobs and replacement washers. One backplate is a replacement made in ebony and some nuts are old replacements found to suit, otherwise all are completely original and in good and working order. This set is embossed to the bottom edge of the knobs "S&T Deakin's Patent". A super set, complete and so rare to find.
