Redline Petrol Can Brass Cap M31

Original, quality brass, screw on cap as used on the two gallon spare petrol can, often fitted to the running boards of the earlier motor vehicles. This was manufactured and used from around 1900 up to the 1940's. This example is embossed 'Redline' for the brand of motor spirit. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Complete and in good order.
