Police Leading Handcuffs PT231

Original, quality pair of circa 1900, nickel plated Police Issued leading handcuffs with a bright nickel plated finish, all appear to have had very little use if any. These were used to move prisoners one to one and a twist from the Policeman or security guard would make a point if required. Complete and in good order.
