Plumbers Lead Dressing Tool PT2

Original, quality 1920's, huge plumber's lead dressing dolly in lignum vitae. These were used by plumbers to dress roofing leadwork and drainpipes etc. Lignum Vitae is heavy and hard and one of the few woods that with not float. This example is the largest we have seen and has a super detailed grain, showing two extreme colour variances. The side is impressed with the trade mark of two columns and "Monument Brand". A very unusual item in great condition.
