Pair of Double Brass Piano Sconces PS94

Original, quality late 19th century pair of continental double brass piano candle sconces in the original matt gilt finish. This superb cast brass very decorative pair of sconces have retained their untouched finish almost un-real obviously having seen very little use if any. Each branch will lift out of the central backplate and as always with this type of wall sconce they have 'stops' to prevent the arm from going to far back to the wall. Each backplate has two countersunk screw holes for mounting and all are complete and in good and working order. The original matching pair of drop handles from the same piano as these sconces and in similar condition may well be available ref code: DP542.
