Pair of Brass Candle Stands CS2

Original, quality pair of mid to late 19th century cast brass candle stands in the form of miniature games tables with checkered chess boards one in black and the other in red detail on single pedestal tilt top tables. The underside of the tops are in the old and used unpolished finish and all else has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Complete and in good and working order. A most unusual pair.
