George IV decorated Truncheon PT201

Original, quality early 19th century decorated boxwood truncheon riddled with worm holes. This example has painted decoration detailing an elephant with a coronet howdah, surrounded by a laurel wreath, all beneath the monogram "G.R" with a large Royal Crown above. Although riddled with worm holes there is no recent evidence of worm activity and we have treated all intensly to make sure. All is complete and in good order otherwise.
