Original, quality late 19th century larger than average cast iron Rain Hopper in the Art Nouveau style. This great example is embossed to the reverse for the manufacturer "T. Elsley" and "No 165" for the model number. The front has an embossed heart design, a blind castellated top and shaped flanges to the sides each with two bolt holes for mounting. The second one has a replacement mounting flange fitted, made to suit and copied from the other one. Both are now complete and in good and working order. A super design and the first we have seen.

22" tall including downpipe fitting. 28" backplate flange. 9" front to back. Exterior diam of downpipe mount 4".
