Doulton Saltglazed Tobacco Jar T26

Original, quality 1920's saltglazed tobacco jar with lid and a hallmarked silver collar to the jar. This example has a two tone glazed colour and applied illustrations of hounds running around the jar and a variety of poses of gents sitting drinking or smoking. The underside is impressed for maker "Doulton Lambeth England". One minuscule chip to the rim of the lid, otherwise complete and in good order.
