Copper Sponge / Jelly Mould JM380

Original, quality circa 1900, continental copper sponge or jelly mould in the form of a ship's hull. The interior has a good tinned surface, the exterior has a hammered finish and the blunt end is impressed for the manufacturer "Trottier Paris" next to a small hole probably which previously had a hanging ring. A most unusual example polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Complete and in good and working order.
