Copper Corn Measure M270

Original, quality late 19th century copper corn measure we believe, it looks to be a half bushel size but is only stamped 'VR' over a shield mark. This unusual example is in heavy copper with two brass rivetted copper bands and a pair of cast brass side handles. The floor has some minor dents but all is complete and in good order otherwise. Has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost.
