Original, quality late 19th century cast brass name plate worn on the leather nose band on a heavy horse harness. This single centre hinged example is impressed "Mills & Long Makers Cirencester", has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and is complete and in good order with steel nuts for mounting.
