Original, quality late 19th century cylindrical brass string box in super condition. This example in cast and spun finished brass has a screw off lid with a central hole for the string, reeded bands to the body and a moulded rim to the base. The front is later engraved "MKW from RGW 1930. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and complete and in good and working order.
