3 Handled Doulton Tankard DP26

Original, quality 1920's large glazed stoneware 'Tyg' manufactured by Royal Doulton with a salt-glazed lower section and a Royal Blue glaze to the upper. The top has a pewter rim and the body is decorated with applied figures drinking from tankards and horseriders and hounds chasing a stag. The underside is impressed for the manufacturer "Royal Doulton" and "6481". Interestingly the blue glaze also covers the upper part of the three handles. All is complete and in good order with no chips cracks and blemishes.
