1902 Coronation Tin Cup and Saucer CC150
Original, quality small cup and saucer in transfer printed tin issued to commemorate the Coronation of King Edward VII. This unusual example, probably issued as a child's size, has printed detail on a blue background, with seven Royal Crowns with the Coronation crown to the centre on the saucer and cameos of King Edward and Queen Alexandra to the front of the cup and two flags on the reverse. Not in mint condition with some minor rubbing to the transfer printing but no dents or damage. Saucer 4" x 0.5", cup 2.25" tall x 3" wide including handle.

Original, quality 1920's sheet brass, miniature brass coal helmet with a swing handle over the top, a grip handle to the reverse and copper rivets. A super scaled down miniature but made for decoration only. Polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost and complete and in good order. 3.25" tall with handle down 5" and up, 3" wide and 3.75" front to back.

Very Small Oval Steel Dairy Can DP204
Original, quality late 19th century / circa 1900, tiny oval steel dairy can. As used on milk delivery prams and floats when delivering door to door, straight from the churn. I can only imagine this size was for a very, very small portion of cream or is it a manufacturer's sample size? This example has the standard brass wire swing handle to the top, a fixed loop to the reverse and a brass mount to the hinged lid. The front of the can is stamped "HS" and for the manufacturer "Dairy Sundries Co Sudbury Middx" and the lid "Smith". All has been cleaned and lacquered and is complete and in superb condition. This is the first of this tiny size we have seen and it could not be in better condition. 1.75" tall with handle down. 2.25" wide + 2" front to back and base 1.75" x 1.5".

Original, quality 1940's/50's, manufacturer's sample or exhibition model of a three piece cast iron fire front and grate, in a good proportioned, scaled down size. The front bars and ash curfew to the front in cast iron are enamelled in a bronzed finish, and the cast iron base grills on four legs has been cleaned and lacquered. A great item, the first we have seen in this style. 5.75" wide, 3.5" tall x 4.25" front to back.

Original, quality 1920's buff coloured stoneware muff warmer to be filled with hot water and carried in the ladies muff or the coat pocket. This super example has the original screw in stopper, two eyes to the top for a small brass chain or cord and is transfer printed in blue to the front "The Dainty Muff Warmer". Complete and in good and working order and in mint condition. 5" x 2.75" x 1.5".

Original, quality 1920's, novelty shaped brass hat pin stand in the form of a mini umbrella stand. This super clean example has four stems above the plinth with a sliding drawer beneath and a brass grill to the top. The padded faded velvet cushion to the base for the points of the hat pins is the original and the brass has been polished and lacquered, although the lacquer may be removed at no extra cost. Probably continental and the first we have seen 5.5" tall x base 5.25" x 2.5".

Original, quality, late 19th century, very small, cast brass goffering iron with a wrought iron neck and circular cast iron base. These were used to iron collars and cuffs, and earlier, used to iron ruffs worn around the neck. Lacking the heating poker, but otherwise all is complete and in good order. The front of the gas fire is detailed "Wrights Thermo x Gas Fire" and the reverse has much detail for John Wright & Co manufacturer of the fire simulated here as a money box; also "Regd design. Original, quality pre-war tin money box, in the form of a miniature gas stove in the original detailed paintwork with a key. The sides are both transfer decorated with "Eureka" the reverse "Made in England No555", the front, a simulated oven door and the top, the gas rings and grill. "Eureka, No 410" is also detailed to the door and is probably the model of the gas cooker represented. Some minor scratches to the finish otherwise complete and in good and working order. 5.5" tall x 3" x 2.75" front to back.

Original, quality late 19th century cast iron money box in the detailed form of a hexagonal conservatory heater. This super example, in the original bronzed finish, has two slots to the top for coins, each detailed 'Bank' in upper cased text and embossed decoration to the six panels. Two panels are pierced with a bird design, and the underside has the registration number for the year 1892. Complete and in good and working order. 6.5" tall and base 4" diam.

This perfectly scaled down example has the loop handle to the top just as a standard dairy can but with a circular dished interior for the matches and a ribbed underside for striking red tipped matches. This example originally contained biscuits in the form of letters spelling out "Huntley and Palmers". Several models of this shape and size were issued and this one is decorated in white and red on dark blue with each panel detailing "Superior Reading Biscuits, Huntley and Palmers" with a different biscuit from their range "Nice", "Cornish Wafer", "Iced Gems, "Osborne" and "Petit Beurre". Some staining to the inside otherwise in near mint condition. 1.5" square and 1.75" tall.
