Original, quality late 19th century cast iron money box in the detailed form of a hexagonal conservatory heater. This super example, in the original bronzed finish, has two slots to the top for coins, each detailed 'Bank' in upper cased text and embossed decoration to the six panels. Two panels are pierced with a bird design, and the underside has the registration number for the year 1892. Complete and in good and working order. 6.5" tall and base 4" diam.

Oxo Coronation Tin Money Box MB35
Original, red decorated and transfer printed Oxo tin issued to celebrate the Coronation of King Edward VIII that new happened. This tin sold containing twelve Oxo cubes and was designed to serve as a money box when empty of the Oxo cubes. The top shows King Edward on a coin and the reverse, Westminster Abbey. The finish is faded in parts and some rubbing is evident, consistent with its use as a money box, but otherwise, all is complete and in good order. An unusual example in the range issued by the Oxo company. 4.25" x 2.25" x 3.25" tall.

Original, quality, late 19th century, two piece cast iron money box in the form of the Liberty Bell on a simulated wooden beam showing in detail the huge crack and the inscription. The coin slot is to the top and the body can be opened using a screw mount to the reverse. All has been cleaned and lacquered and is complete and in good and working order. 2.75" mouth of bell shape, 3" wide and 3.5" tall.

Post Office Money Box MB23
Original, quality 1920's, oval shaped steel money box, with a swing handle to the top, a slot at one end for the coins and a decorative copper plaque to the front detailing an embossed Coat of Arms. The underside of this money box would be opened with a key, but this is not available. The copper has been polished, lacquered and all is complete and in good order. Base 2" x 3.75" and 2.5" tall.

Edmondson's Toffee Tin Money Box T58
Original, quality 1920's/30's toffee tin in the original paintwork, modelled as a fireproof safe with the original lock and key. This deep red example has embossed simulated handles and fittings to the door of the safe ( the lid of the tin), and the key entry at the side. The inside of the lid has retained the original paper label for the toffee manufacturer and details "Edmondson's Hookers Malted Milk Toffee". Some minor scratches otherwise complete and in good and working order. 6.5" x 4.5" x 3.5".
